Youth

This class is for children from 8 to 14+ years of age.

This class offers instruction on physical training and techniques of Tae Kwon Do, as well as the mental spirit and philosophy necessary for Tae Kwon Do mastery.

Students will learn to perfect their techniques and develop strength, stamina, quickness, flexibility, coordination, balance, confidence, self-control, and concentration.

They will learn to practice the attitude of self-discipline that allows one to defend oneself yet not attack others and to respect peace and justice.
