This class offers practical means of self-defense with gracefulness, accuracy, and power.

Students will learn the use and control of weapons in order to better defend themselves against an attacker with a weapon. Students also learn to use and control one’s inner strength or “Chi”.

Every student is encouraged to do his or her best. The only competition that each student has is with himself or herself. Tae Kwon Do offers a total fitness program that integrates mind, body, and spirit.
